Counseling Department: College, Career and Life Ready!
Scheduling for 23-24 school year
Course request selection time for the 23-24 school year is wrapping up. Please make sure your student has submitted their requests in PowerSchool and turned in their Course Request form to the Counseling Office. We will continue to send passes to students who we were unable to connect with during their scheduling week, hoping to wrap them all up before the February break.
Scholarships and Financial Aid
Muskegon Community College is hosting a Scholarship Fair. Muskegon Promise will be there to answer questions, MCC Scholarships will be highlighted, there will be assistance in completing the FAFSA, and more information about paying for college.
Senior Celebration information:
SENIORS - Sign up by February 1, 2023 for $50 for the after graduation night celebration - after February 1 it will be $75. Additional sign up sheets are available in the front office. This will be a fun filled night to celebrate your graduation from Mona Shores. Senior Celebration Post Grad Party Registration Form
Extended Day Program:
Monday - Thursday after school until 3:45 pm. Teachers and NHS tutors are available for support. Location is the HS Library Media Center. A great opportunity to work on collaborative projects, stay engaged in your learning and achieve your goals.
Fine Arts Information:
Found on our HS Webpage is the OK 2 Say link. If you are ever concerned about the safety or well being of a student. Please access the link. This is a confidential site that is monitored by the Michigan State Police. Assistance is quickly available.
