The Athletic Department wanted to send an update as we get closer to the beginning of the Winter II Season for athletics. We are utilizing a service that will help us with the registrations of student athletes and teams. This service is called Final Forms. Final Forms will allow you as a parent to sign your student up for athletics at both the Middle School and High School. The best thing with this is that you only have to create your account once, it will follow your family as your kids come through the grade levels. Similar to PowerSchool at the beginning of the school year you will be able to update information that changes. Other features will be the ability to sign all athletic forms electronically, upload important documents such as transportation information and the MHSAA Physical. You will have access to notifications for due dates or times for these documents, when eligibility may be a concern, and also be able to receive notifications instantly from the athletic office or from your child’s coach. Final Forms will help the Athletic Department become more efficient and allow you to be more in touch with your child’s athletic experience.
All of this is beginning immediately. Both the Middle School and High School are starting to take sign ups for their winter II season. Those sports coming up are listed below. Please access the registration process from the link (Final Forms logo) below and get your information uploaded in order for your student to try out for teams this Winter Season. If you have a student that has already played a sport this Fall, you will not have to re-upload the physical but will still need to register. The Athletic Office will upload the physical for you. Students will not be allowed to try out or be on a team without completing the Final Form registration.
