Good News:
Today, we celebrated positive behaviors in our monthly CREW assembly. Students were recognized for their positive behaviors in and out of the classroom. As a way to celebrate the successful month of school, all CREW members will take part in a winter art project.
We had a great week bringing attention to our Be Nice initiative at Lincoln Park. Students enjoyed extra Be Nice lessons as well as dressing up for spirit week.

Our growth mindset for the month of February is “I control the CHOICES I make!”.
Yearbook Order Forms were sent home this week. This is your only opportunity to order a yearbook. Picture packages did not include yearbooks. If you choose to order a yearbook, include $10 with the form and return by the due date of February 9.
On February 1, 2 and 3 the Mona Shores Middle School Allegrettos will present Disney'sNewsies JR. at the Mona Shores Performing Arts Center. Purchase tickets for the show at the door, or in advance, by clicking here - bit.ly/msmsNEWSIES.
Substitute Noon Monitors needed:
If you love spending time with students and want to fill in when one of our cafeteria staff needs to be away for the day, please call the front office and let us know. We’d love to have a list of parents who are available to help out in the lunchroom and at recess as needed between 11:00 - 1:20.
Kindergarten Roundup:
If you have a child who will be 5 years old on or before September 1, please call the office and let us know.
Get important information at the Kindergarten Roundup event for parents and guardians, only, on Wednesday, February 28, 2024, at 6:00 pm.
PTO News:
Through our collective efforts through the Walk-A-Thon, the PTO has given each student at Lincoln Park $10 to use towards field trips this year. You will notice this credit when your classroom teacher sends information home about your student’s upcoming field trip.
Please join our PTO for the next meeting on Tuesday, February 13 at 6:30PM in the library. If you are unable to attend the meeting, but are interested in giving input or helping out, please contact our PTO: lincolnparkptocrew@gmail.com
Family Movie Night: Friday, February 9 6-8 PM - The Super Mario Bros. Movie
Students must be accompanied by an adult who manages their student’s behavior to attend.
This is a movie only event, and movie watching etiquette will be expected.
Please Review the Protocols for Elementary Students Attending Middle and High School Events.

Any school age child that is not of High School age will be required to enter events with an adult. This would include both Middle School and Elementary school age children. (All Home Athletic Events)
All students will be expected to sit in the stands to either watch the game or socialize unless using the bathroom or concession stand. (All Home Athletic Events)
All students are welcome to sit with their adult as well. (All Events)
Mona Shores High School Athletic Staff does have the right to ask for anyone, including students to leave if they cannot adhere to the expectations at an event. (All Events)
