MSHS will be hosting their first ever career and apprenticeship fair in the cafeteria during the back-to-school open house on Wednesday, August 27th from 6:30 pm to 8:00 pm. Students looking to enter the trades need to apply for apprenticeships during the fall of their senior year just as if they were planning to go to college. With over a dozen trade unions and employers, students will be able to apply for apprenticeships on the spot as well as leave with a clearer understanding of their post-graduate training and career options. There will be representatives from a wide array of professions.
As an added bonus, we will have food and prizes available for attendees. By visiting the booths and talking to the organizations, students will get the opportunity to win valuable prizes such as air pods, bluetooth speakers, and portable chargers!
