If there is a need for financial assistance with the breakfast and lunch programs, please call the Food Service Office at (231) 780-4711 x8301 for confidential help in applying for free or reduced meal benefits. 

You may download and print 2022-2023 Free and Reduced Application. Once it is filled out completely, please send with your student to school or mail it to:

Parents can fill out an electronic application. You will receive notification of your status when your application is processed.  

Please be aware that any benefits will begin only after the food service representative has reviewed your application. Benefits cannot begin immediately as a determination of eligibility must be made. Your child will be responsible for any debts incurred before the application is approved.

Families that were approved last year must fill out a new form within the first two weeks of school to continue assistance.
