These universities host copyright information centers providing guidance on fair use and and other copyright issues. The UT System, Stanford University Libraries, and Indiana University/Purdue University sites are especially helpful for anyone researching copyright.

The Catholic University of America: Intellectual Property

UMUC Center for Intellectual Property and Copyright in the Digital Environment
