Hi Parents,

As we progress with our MiBLSi efforts and align RtI practices it is important that we share all the exciting things that we have going on at MSMS. MiBLSi is a State initiative that links behavior and literacy. Our theme is SAIL or “Sailors Are Inspired Learners”.

The character traits that we focus on at MSMS are Respect, Responsibility, and Resiliency. We have created a Positive Behavior Matrix for MSMS. The matrix is intended to help staff teach common expectations for all students and to reinforce behavior expectations school-wide. In addition, you will notice signage all around MSMS that coordinates and reinforces these expectations.
