Graduates: If you have trouble accessing your account with Parchment, go to the Parchment support page for instructions. If you forgot to add/change your email to a personal one before you lost access to your school email account, you will need to follow their instructions to delete your old account. When you submit that ticket, be sure to use a current email address on the ticket. You can list your old school email in the details sections.
