Daily Announcements

Thank you to everyone who submitted a yearbook cover design.  There were a lot of great ones to choose from, but only two winners:  Bri Tisch & Izzy Ferree!  Congratulations ladies, you have won a free yearbook.  To all of the other artists, thank you!  Your design will still be incorporated in the yearbook this year!  Be sure to order a yearbook to see how!


Boys Basketball sign-ups are in 7th and 8th grade lunches!  Be sure you have your sport physical on file before tryouts next week!  Tryouts will be held October 23, 24 and 25 from 3 - 5:00.


Attention all students interested in auditioning for the Allegrettos production of Guys and Dolls Jr.: Audition packets can be picked up from the Choir Room.  Auditions for the show will be held NEXT WEEK TUESDAY AND WEDNESDAY.  You can sign up for an audition time outside of the Choir Room. We will be holding group auditions this year, so grab some friends and sign up together!


Still thinking about joining After School Choir?  There's still time to sign up!  After School Choir meets Fridays from 2:50-3:50. See Mr. Closz in the Choir Room for more information.


Our canned food drive starts Wednesday, October 16th. Cans will be collected in your first hour classes.  If you'd rather just donate, $1 = 1 can, also 5 ramen noodles = 1 can.  Top three selling classes will win donuts and juice.


The MSMS Cross Country teams DOMINATED the GMAA Invitational City Meet on Friday.  Wind, rain, and mud did nothing to slow down our Sailors!  In fact, all most all of the runners ran their fastest times of the season again!
The girls team had their best overall meet score of the season and won the meet!  Ella Kinney, Lilly Houle, Ella St. Martin, Kendall Braginton, Addison Ries, Sophie Metter & Ava Freye all walked away with Top 20 medals.
The boys team also won the meet with Vaire Vanderwalle, Andrew Davis, Aiden Kreps & Collin Khatir earning Top 20 medals!
This Wednesday is our last meet of the season.  The Conference meet will be held at West Ottawa Harbor Lights starting at 4:15pm.
