Important Information
If you have technical difficulties with the program, a pop up message will appear on your computer screen reading, ‘The server is not available, please try again later’ or ‘Try Logging in again’. If this occurs, try refreshing your screen and then log in again. If this does not work, please try the program again at a later time. The school will receive a message that the program has technical difficulty and will fix the problem as soon as possible. It is not necessary to contact the school. Simply try the program at a later time. Student ID numbers and student viewer passwords/PIN codes will not be given out over the telephone. We hope this service will be beneficial to you.
