Schools of Choice Plan 2017-2018

Application Process:

The Non-Resident Schools of Choice application process begins Monday, April 10, 2017, at the Mona Shores Administration Offices located at 121 Randall Road (southwest corner of Ross Park Elementary).  Office hours are from 8:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.  Applications may be completed in person beginning Monday, April 10, 2017 through 3:30 p.m., Friday, May 26, 2017.  

Once selected, students will receive instructions on enrollment.  Those students who fail to enroll by the first day of school, and those who do not attend all year, must reapply for admission.  Students with any suspensions or expulsions are not eligible to apply.  Students with truancies may require a parent meeting with administration.

Eleventh Grade: 0
Twelve Grade: 0

Total Number of Openings: 90

Please Note:  We encourage you to apply even if there are no openings in your child's grade level.  If additional space becomes available, we may offer those openings to students that applied during the application process.

Transportation:

Transportation is not included in the 2017-2018 Mona Shores Schools of Choice Plan.

Timelines:

Applications may be completed in person beginning Monday, April 10, 2017 through 3:30 p.m., Friday, May 26, 2017.  Written notification of acceptance or non-acceptance will be mailed on or before July 1, 2017.
