In Mona Shores the enrollment process begins with your elementary building secretary who will provide you with an new student registration packet to complete and return to the school prior to round-up. Please feel free to call or drop by your home building and to pick up this New Student Registration Packet. You may also print this packet, complete, and return it to your home building secretary.
In addition to the Student Registration Packet, you will need to bring the following documents with you to registration:
- Original Birth Certificate with County Seal
- Current Immunization Record
- Proof of Residency - Please see the Residency Verification Form for Checklist
- Hearing and Vision Screening
