Financial Aid Meeting - Wednesday, October 5, 2016 at 6:30 pm
There are new changes with FAFSA! On Wednesday, Oct 5 at 6:30 pm, there will be a Financial Aid Meeting in the High School Media Center. A financial aid officer will be here to go over the Financial Aid process and the FAFSA worksheet, Also any questions that you have concerning the FAFSA will be discussed.
The 2017–18 Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) season will begin earlier than ever before! Beginning on Oct. 1, 2016, students will be able to fill out the FAFSA for the 2017–18 school year. (In the past, they had to wait until January 1). In addition, applicants will no longer need to estimate income and tax information and will be able to retrieve their data directly from the IRS, right from the first day the FAFSA is available. Students also will have information about their Expected Family Contributions earlier, helping them as they're going through the college application and selection process.

You may request transcripts through Michigan E-Transcipt / Parchment to be sent securely to the colleges, universities, or scholarship funds that you select.
Education Verification and Transcripts for Students who graduated prior to 1998:
Companies seeking verification of education may submit requests to this email address: email@example.com Students who graduated prior to 1998 may also submit a request to this email address. Please attach a signed release from the student and provide the student's full name at graduation, date of birth and graduation year, if known. There is a $5.00 charge for each transcript mailed from our office, payable in cash, money order or check at the High School Counseling office.
