Preschool Staff

Our Staff is selected by considering academic qualifications, experience teaching Preschool age children and the desire to teach this age group. All teachers have a bachelor's degree with elementary certification and twelve credits earned in the early childhood area. Teachers are encouraged to bring their individuality and special talents to the classroom.

The high quality of preschool education at Mona Shores is assured by maintaining ratios of 12 students per certified teacher in four-year-old sections and 10 pupils per certified teacher in three year old sections. (10/1 ratio in early 4's classroom).
